Hair came super quick! Wasn't expecting it when it arrived. hair is beautiful, lovely and soft. Wish I got 14inch, just based on preference. Had to bleach the knots, but once bleached, installed beautifully. No problems. It's the first day so can't say much, but so far the hair is lush. Would definitely order again.
